- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for events, including corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and private functions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Generate and respond to sales leads, inquiries, and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Conduct site inspections and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize event contracts, ensuring all details are accurately documented.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

Event Planning & Coordination:

- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Food & Beverage, Operations) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop detailed event proposals, including menus, room layouts, and audiovisual requirements.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Ensure all events adhere to Oakwood Residence Hanoi’s standards and procedures.

Reporting & Administration:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and event details.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client data and sales pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure timely and accurately collect/ settle the payment from guest to each event

Other duties and projects as assigned by the F&B Manager and Executive Chef.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event sales, preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of event planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
