**In this position you will....**

Manage Inventory management planning and strategies to maximize customer experience, sales, margin and turnover, as well as end-to-end business ownership of all supply chain processes. Oversee the daily operations of the planning department as they analyze customer and vendor demand along the supply chain and develop ways to forecast future demand

**You will be responsible for**
- Manage & develop inventory forecasts and inventory budgets
- Manage inventory health by ensuring efficient inventory flows (including the forecasting, purchasing, and return of new or used devices). Involves determining and executing exit strategies for unproductive inventory
- Work on key system inputs to achieve highly automated replenishment (forecasting and buying policies).
- Partner with Product Managers in driving sales and profitability growth for all Retail network clients, product lines and categories.
- Work with existing vendor base to ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of goods to our fulfillment centers.
- Define process improvements and work with vendors to decrease lead time, reduce waste, increase operational efficiencies, increase EDI utilization, improve returns processes, and reduce order defects.
- Manage order placement and order tracking to optimize on-time shipping, fill rate, and lead time, particularly focusing on meeting/exceeding customer expectations.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Diploma holder with minimum of 3 years working experience preferably in the warehouse and inventory management
- Forecast and planning experience
- Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined
- Adaptable and able to work on own with mínimal supervision
- Willing to take challenge, ability to multitask, plan effectively and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results.
