- Interact with Global Sales, Marketing, and Finance to understand demand forecast drivers within each of Helinox’s global regions.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Utilize a collaborative and consensus-driven approach by working with Global Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.

- Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation (Style, Frame, Region) for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
- Provide input to the Supply Planning Team in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Strong written and spoken English language ability.
- Intermediate or higher MicroSoft Excel skills
- 3 or more years of experience in inventory planning position (Supply or Demand) for a consumer goods company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and process-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Access, Word)
- Ability to travel outside of Vietnam.
