Facilities Maintenance, Technician

Perform maintenance, warranty, and repair simple office equipment and furniture.
- Regularly inspect and repair electrical systems, refrigeration, lighting, water supply and drainage, and waste water treatment.
- Provide technical support for events both inside and outside the company, coordinating with other departments.
- Coordinate the import and export of goods in and out of the warehouse/building.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks (such as pulling network, electrical, and telephone cables, and installing additional equipment).
- Inspect and repair camera systems and access control systems.
- Carry out and/or supervise contractors for tasks such as touch-up painting, office repairs, office relocations, seating changes, pest control, and plant care.
- Assist in moving furniture and filing cabinets when necessary.
- Contribute ideas to build the team and improve work processes.
- Perform other tasks within the building management department as required by superiors.

**Yêu cầu**:

- College /Diploma in electrical, water, mechanical, or construction engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably with experience in building management at companies like Savills or CBRE, focusing on operation and maintenance of electrical engineering, refrigeration, construction, architecture, landscape management, and water supply and drainage systems.
- Positive, friendly, and effective working attitude; a progressive mindset; and the ability to adapt to a high-intensity work environment.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
