Maintenance Supervisor

About this job
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians
- Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
- Inspect and maintain building systems
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Job requirement

1. University bachelor or master’s degree in Automation, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related.

2. At least 5 years or above relevant working experiences in similar position in manufacturing company or related industry

3. Knowledgeable of TPM System,

4. Good oral & written English will be a plus

5. Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and ISO is a plus

Pay: 25,000,000₫ - 30,000,000₫ per month
