Build repair & maintenance plan and manage implementation
- Developing and managing detailed maintenance schedules and work orders.
- Coordinating and scheduling all repair and maintenance activities.
- Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs.
- Working with engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades.
- Procuring necessary maintenance supplies and equipment
- Collaborating with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Participating in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Communicates directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.

Capex Project implementation and management
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned capex projects.
- Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
- Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Maintenance management system
- Develop a maintenance management system move forward to Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS) at Vilube factory.
- Develop and implement standards and procedures for the engineering work performed in the department and in the factory.
- Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the engineering department. Ensures necessary regulations relating to the engineering department are always meet.
- Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Mechanical / Electrical degree.
- TPM knowledge
- Capability to communicate in English.
- Computer skills: MS office, AutoCAD.
- Presentation and reporting skills.
- At least 03 years' working in industry on maintenance planning and scheduling position.
- Used to deploy TPM in maintenance work, implemented pillars in TPM
