**Responsibilities**:

- As a Senior Go Engineer, you will play a critical role in _**_developing and optimizing _**_backend systems_**_ that power our trading platforms. You will work on building _integrations, managing performance, and contributing to the overall _**_system _**_architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency_**_. _This role involves close collaboration with product teams, architects, and _developers to _**_deliver highquality, low-latency solutions_**_ while adhering to best _practices in design and development. Working within an agile environment, you _will actively participate in backlog grooming, deployment pipelines, and process _improvements._

Backend Development**: Design, develop, and optimize integrations and components for trading platforms, focusing on performance and reliability.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with product teams and architects to implement new functionalities and deploy systems aligned with business needs.
- ** Testing and Quality Assurance**: Write unit, automation, and performance tests, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines to uphold high quality standards.
- ** System Design**: Participate in system architecture and design discussions with the Engineering Chapter Lead.
- ** Adherence to Best Practices**: Ensure compliance with development and design principles, contributing to the improvement of software development lifecycle processes.
- ** Agile Participation**: Collaborate in an agile environment, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and backlog grooming in partnership with Business Analysts.

**Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**:
- Expertise in **Go programming**, including proficiency with paradigms, constructs, idioms, and concurrency patterns- Background in **high-speed, low-latency environments**- Hands-on experience with **Docker** and **container orchestration technologies**- Familiarity with **cloud computing platforms**, particularly **AWS**, for system development and management- Strong understanding of **design and development principles** and best practices- Proficiency in **Agile development methodologies**, **CI/CD pipelines**, and tools such as **Jira**- Experience with **trading platforms and architectures** (e.g., **MT4/MT5**) is advantageous

**Soft Skills**:
