B2b International Sales Executive

We expect to find talent with the right mix skills and proven sales experience to build the long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth by expanding the outreach as well as network of corporate partnerships in the global cosmetic sector especially K-beauty.
- Identify, approach, and develop new B2B clients in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe through prospecting, networking.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing international customers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities that inform global expansion strategies.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings and engaging with potential clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms with overseas buyers.
- Collaborate with headquarters and global teams on export operations, logistics, and marketing initiatives.
**What you’d bring to**:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in international B2B sales or business development
- Proven track record in developing clients in the U.S., Latin America, or Europe.
- Experience in cosmetics or beauty industry export sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English at a business level (any additional language abilities are a plus)
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with international exhibitions, sourcing platforms (Alibaba, Faire, etc.), and distributor management.
