**Responsibilities**:

- To coordinate with accountants to review closing analysis for revenue, cost, balance sheet items
- To prepare full package of monthly report for manager to review
- To support on preparation financial planning, rolling forecast, budget.
- To upload, review and maintain reporting data into reporting system.
- To work with auditors external & internal
- Coordinate with AR accountants to control Credit limit, with AP to control Capex.
- Other tasks assigned by Senior Manager from time to time.

End results
- Meet deadline, high accuracy, high security for the data.
- Following Group reporting standards
- Comply with regulations of Tax and other local authorities.
- Comply with regulation of Group finance.

**Education**:

- Accounting Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or related disciplines)

Professional Qualification/Certification:
**Experience**:

- At least 3 years in similar roles in multi nation company or auditor senior.
- Experienced to work in logistics is preferred.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Excellent in Excel, good to use Power Point, able to use other office appliances.
- Skills of effective job management and teamwork.
- Experienced on using accounting system or reporting system.
- Careful, honest, agile, able to work under high pressure.
