Overview:

- Assist Head of Finance for articulating business strategy into financial planning (i.e., SDD, AOP, forecast, etc.).
- Prepare reports (BOD, POR, regional reports, corporate forecasting templates) for decision making, providing information to Corporate and HFM upload.
- Perform variance analysis and cause of change analysis. Quantify risks and opportunities to achieve P&L targets.
- Provide accurate, timely, and insightful information to Market Unit/ Business Unit management to ensure business objectives will be delivered in a sustained manner, continuously looking for business process improvements to deliver the financial result efficiently and sustainably

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Results**:

- Lead AOP, forecast, and SBP process that reflects aligned business strategy and financial objective.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly financial statement review (e.g., P&L, BS, and OCF) with market unit (MU)/business unit (BU)/region management.
- Collaborate with Global Business Service to ensure on time and in full Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Planning data uploading.
- Work closely with Control team to ensure all financial activity for a business for the preceding month finalized and closed out on time and in full.
- Perform variance analysis and cause of change analysis. Quantify risks and opportunities to achieve P&L targets.
- Develop financial models/analysis by working with relevant functions to advise the most optimum business solution for short-term and/or long-term according to business life cycle and priorities.
- Translate actual business performance into a meaningful business scorecard and communicating to relevant functions to call for timely action.
- Align financial results with KPIs reported by respective functions.
- Ensure finance performance has been planned and measured in line with Company accounting policy.

**2. Business Partnering**:

- Collaborate with BU/Region to provide insightful information that is the benefit to the system in identifying timely risks & opportunities for the business.
- Provide real time support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser, and add value that will assist in decision making
- Enhance financial knowledge of cross functions, especially general and administration staff.
- Support finance transformation agenda through enhancements around planning, forecasting, and reporting models, reducing manual and enhancing digitalization.
- Maximize the value of G&A by providing comprehensive analysis of G&A resources and maintaining effective operation and management.

Qualifications:

- University graduation with specialization in Finance / Accounting /Economics. CMA preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in Finance Planning and Reporting or other financial partnering roles. 4 years of working experience in FP&A or M&A, MNC FMCG is preferable
- Advanced MS Excel/Oracle and Financial Modeling
- Ability and willingness to work in a consistent high-pressure environment
- Good attitude, active & proactive, passionate about work
- Strong presentation skills. English proficiency is a must
- Strong time management and organizational skills
