Lên kế hoạch định hướng nội dung, phát triển kênh TikTok của công ty.
Lên ý tưởng, kịch bản, quay dựng chi tiết các tuyến nội dung trên Tiktok.
Quản lý chất lượng nội dung kênh, thường xuyên đưa ra các ý tưởng mới, sáng kiến mới để phát triển kênh theo mục tiêu công ty đề ra.
Làm việc với các KOLs, Agency và đưa ra được nhận định, đánh giá,...
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
Livestream
Phụ trách setup livestream, support mẫu live và có thể diễn xuất trực tiếp trong một số video
Chạy Ads Tiktok
Phụ trách chạy Ads livestream, PSA, VSA.. (phụ trách được phần này thì càng tốt, không bắt buộc)
**Chức vụ**: Nhân viên/Chuyên viên

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Kinh Nghiệm: Có kinh nghiệm phát triển kênh, xây dựng nội dung Tiktok (Có link show các sản phẩm đã làm) hoặc vị trí tương đương.
Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh cơ bản, đủ hiểu biết để soạn tin tiếng Anh hoặc dịch từ tiếng Việt sang tiếng Anh.
Kiến thức chuyên môn:
Thành thạo cắt ghép, chỉnh sửa video bằng CapCut.
Am hiểu về thuật toán, xu hướng trên nền tảng Tiktok.
Yêu thích sáng tạo nội dung về mỹ phẩm, làm đẹp, giải trí,...
Có kênh Tiktok/ Reels là lợi thế.
