BCG-SP Greensky JSC (BSG) is a Joint Venture between Bamboo Capital Group (a Top 500 Largest Enterprise in Vietnam listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange) as well as SP Group (a leading energy utilities company in Asia Pacific based in Singapore with total assets exceeding US$15B). We aim to develop and transform the renewable energy industry in Vietnam.

As part of BSG’s expansion, we are looking for an independent and effective Technical Director (O&M) to provide technical leadership in O&M to meet BSG’s business objectives. Reporting to the DCEO, you will be a key business partner working with stakeholders within the organization.

Job Responsibilities
- Reports to DCEO, lead O&M Team;
- Set up work processes, SOPs, Quality Control initiatives and relevant documentations according to international standards (IEC, ISO/TC, EN, ASTM, UL, ANSI);
- Plan, execute, manage, operationalize Operations and Maintenance scope and programs to ensure optimal cost-to-performance operations/maintenance and minimizing system down time/maximizing generation performance, to meet company generation KPIs;
- Plan, execute, manage and quality check on O&M activities including Maintenance Contractor management to ensure within budget, on-time delivery, quality of delivery and achieving expected performance outcomes on Projects and project investments to meet company KPIs;
- Contracts Management (including contract obligations management), Project Risks Management and Quality Assurance Management, Contract technical legal obligations management;
- Manage continuous improvement program to improve BSG’s technical design and capabilities into executable results from project performance;
- Manage and track technical-revenue project performance;
- Support Business Development Team in M&A projects acquisition;
- Manage technical customer service to resolve operational and contractual (technical) related matters;
- Facilitates and support BSG teams - Finance, Business Development, O&M, Asset, Legal, being a strong team player/facilitator;
- Manage and meet technical budgets (KPI);
- Building team’s capabilities.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English/Vietnamese;
- Proficiency in solar technical - O&M design, planning, project management & execution, project risk management, contracts planning, execution & obligations enforcement, quality assurance and audit, operation planning, operation management and control, cost-to-performance efficiency management, maintenance planning, maintenance management and control, customer service management (technical), compliance to law (technical), safety management, budget management, continuous improvement program management;
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role;
- Degree in Power System, Electrical Engineering, Certificate in International Standards (Solar);
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (word, powerpoint, excel);
- Team player with ability to communicate effectively at all levels to solve daily operational matters;
- Experience in MNC/Top 500 Largest top Enterprise companies preferred;
- Experience in counter parties network/solutioning (Example, EVN, Fire Fighting Departments, etc other regulatory/licencing parties relevant to solar projects) preferred.
