- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for electronic manufacturing products.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues in the production process.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform routine audits and inspections to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing cycle.
- Participate in the design and implementation of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
- Assist in training team members on quality control procedures and standards.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within an electronic manufacturing environment.
- Good English or Chinese
- Proficient in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
