Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) - the most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam. On the launching of a new Real Estate project in Bac Ninh province, 
We are looking for a QC/QA Team Leader, who will:
  • Supervising plan of construction's categories on assigned construction site;
  • Participate in infrastructure project's quality control system;
  • Instruct the contractor to prepare QA/QC dossier according to requirements on quality dossier when making payment, ensure to provide accurately and promptly in accordance with payment progress of assigned projects
  • Carry out material sample testing at State's quality control units; present materials for approval and track the progress of material's approval
  • Organize the acceptance of internal quality; acceptance of quality, handover of construction's categories
  • Statistically report on cases of non-compliance, non-conformity with regulations on quality standard; common errors and propose solutions for prevention, repair
  • Update the quality control plan
Requirement
  • 4-6 years experience in civil engineering/road & infrastructure with Bachelor University degree & new construction certificates
  • Good English, plus Chineses 
Other information:
  • Working from 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday /month)
  • Working onsite at Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh Province (daily shuttle bus)
