We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Sales Section Manager to manage our team of national retail channel in the South of Vietnam.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the company's footprint and meeting revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Directly report to Retail Sales Dept. Head.
- Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Set short
- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs for national power retailers. Collaborating with area teams in assigned territory. Strong readership and leading team for the achievement target of Sales organization.
- CE power retailers' management: Ensure team members have achieved monthly sales target Build and maintain good relationship with dealers: Monthly meeting with national power retailers to understand their needs and support them to deploy proper promotion programs to deliver sales target. Sales operational management: Sell-in/ sell-out and stock management for dealer wise business enhancement Individual KPI setting and evaluating for sales PIC's performances Meeting participations Staff development: Ensure staffs are planned and trained with clear targets monitoring and sales activity evaluation monthly Cross function communication and collaboration: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other Depts.
- Requirement_
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Trade or equivalent
- English communication in business level
- Proficiency in Microsoft office: Power point, Word, Excel, Outlook, BI and SAP
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management
- Strong sales negotiation skill and initiative required, catch-up Market trend, market analysis (special in electronics market), sales forecast, sales planning, and execution with PDCA cycle.
- Knowledge in Marketing, sales, customer taste (In electronics), market analysis, and supply chain
- Catch-up Market trend, electronics market analysis (special in electronics market), sales forecast, sales planning, sales skills
- Proactive, aggressive, and hardworking, required nationwide business trip.
