**Main Responsibilities**

1. Accounting Operations:

- Supervise daily accounting activities and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping in line with VAS and tax regulations.
- Oversee the bank reconciliation process.
- Supervise the expense approval process and monitor revenue recognition and customer invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

2. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and monitor the monthly closing timeline to ensure timely month-end activities.
- Generate monthly VAS-compliant financial statements.
- Prepare Consolidated Profit & Loss and Consolidated Balance Sheet for SOA group companies.
- Provide preliminary analysis and insights into the Company’s financial position.

3. Tax Compliance:

- Oversee preparation, training, review, and timely submission of tax filings including VAT, FCT, CIT, and PIT.
- Manage communication and correspondence with tax authorities and ensure compliance with local tax laws.

4. Audit and Compliance:

- Coordinate and support independent auditors during annual audits.
- Ensure audit schedules and requested documents are completed accurately and on time.

5. Leadership & Collaboration:

- Manage and mentor a team of 03 accountant executives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Business Units and Support Units to ensure alignment on accounting matters.
- Liaise with the CFO and BOM for financial updates, analysis, and decision support.

6. Other Tasks:

- Carry out any other tasks or projects assigned by CFO and BOM.

**Requirements**:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years as a General Accountant or in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS); understanding of IFRS is an advantage.
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Trading industries is preferred.
- Costing experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; hands-on experience with Odoo is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and intermediate English communication skills.
- Solid understanding of local tax laws and reporting requirements.
- Adaptive, detail-oriented, careful, responsible, and dedicated.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and team leadership capabilities.
