**MISSION**
- This position is responsible for the management and implementation of creative planning and idea development and implementation of company’s activities. Process includes change creative idea development and production management and creative leadership.
- Assist line manager in the development and implement an appropriate brand and communication activities which is aligned with the Company’s strategic directions and meeting the regulatory requirements.

The main tasks and responsibilities include but not limit to other duties as assigned

**Description**:

- Planning and manage and implement creative communication plan/ assets for integrated marketing communication (IMC channels)
- Think conceptually and provide creative solution aligned with Business Strategy & Brand Strategy
- The creative production management including managing agency and a team of design, video and content.
- Lead design projects such as managing operational expectations, project schedules and project deliverables
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required. Independently lead projects, mentor teammates, and review designers' work to ensure quality and brand guideline
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage the execution plan.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Hold bachelor degree, above 08 years’ experience in Integrated Marketing Communication.
- Used to be work in Communication agency or in insurance industry is advantage.
- Strong in creative concept/ layout development and content development (is a plus)
- Project management skill. Management (Plan-do-check-act) principles & leadership
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal. English: conversation level
- Critical thinking and “Can Do” attitude. Demonstrate positive attitude in the face of difficulties and ambiguity. Stay calm and control under pressure.
- Confident, innovation, creative, dynamic & proactive personality
- Carefulness, work in detail and well organized. Strong teamwork spirit and skill.
