Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights
- Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Reviewing or assisting in developing service proposals
- Meeting with management teams to determine needs
- Responsible for overall calendar and content coordination
- Develop briefs for local content production
- Manages content localization (for assets coming from RHQ or other subs)
- Responsible for content posting and performance tracking
- Create content for genZ
- Cooperate with Brand Team to create or follow Trends for GenZ

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or related field.
- 3 - 4+ years agency experience or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with popular content management systems.
- Experience with social media management.
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
- Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
- Potential in leadership qualities.

**Benefits**:

- Salary ranges from 30M - 40M per month with allowances & bonus
