Sustainability Assistant Analyst

**Mô tả công việc**: (Mức lương: 13 - 18 triệu VNĐ) Supporting the implementation of the company’s ESG strategy through the due diligence and supply chain compliance framework, tracking and analysing social and environmental data. Assisting with supplier maintenance, key reporting obligations, and ensuring the integrity of various traceability initiatives. This is a full-time office-based role which may involve occasional travel in and around Ho Chi Minh City. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and maintain analytics / reports from various information sources to track key sustainability performance indicators. - Support the implementation and maintenance of the Supplier Due Diligence & Compliance program - Support in tracking and understanding global regulatory requirements & changes. - Assist in the collection and maintenance of supply chain data. - Close engagement & building relationships with supply chain. close engagement & building relationships with supply chain - Manage the FibreTrace traceability platform. - Assist in all reporting obligations and project-led initiatives. - Monitor and manage the supply chain certifications and accreditations. - Partake in industry led training sessions / webinars / publications to stay informed. - ADHOC supports the ESG team for maintaining the suite of policy and procedures. ATTRIBUTES: - Able to collaborate and work across other functions of the business. - Able to work to given deadlines - Displays a genuine interest in Social and Environmental issues within the Apparel and Footwear industry. - A basic understanding of current & upcoming global regulations that impact the Apparel and Footwear industry. - Ability to dive deep into specific industry topics and identify opportunities and solutions - Able to perform administratively intensive tasks. E.g. process and analyze large data sets. KEY STAKEHOLDERS: - ESG Management Team. - Other Rodd & Gunn Departments. E.g. Product Development, Buying Team, E-com, Wholesale Teams. - All tiers of the Rodd & Gunn Global Supply Chain. - Rodd & Gunn Store Staff and Customers - External Supply Chain Partners and License Providers - NGO Partners and Industry Groups. **Chức vụ**: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên **Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian **Quyền lợi được hưởng**: 13th Month Salary 12 Days per year Occasional Travel for training as required within Vietnam **Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học **Yêu cầu công việc**: QUALIFICATIONS: - Confident with technology and tech-based platforms. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel. - Fluent in both English and Vietnamese for local and global communications. - A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as: Sustainability / Supply Chain Management / Business. - Strong reporting and data analytical skills. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply chain engagement and compliance. - Advantage: Familiarity with supply chain management databases / platform. E.g. Higg Index, Textile Genesis, FibreTrace. - Advantage: Familiarity with amfori BSCI, Sedex/SMETA, WRAP, Better Work Vietnam, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, or GRS. - Foundational understanding of ESG global regulation and reporting frameworks.
