1. NHO's online channels management (40%)
- Annualy/monthly plan for all online channels'development of NHO, including:

- Budget
- Content & images/online materials
- Maintaining & expanding followers, engagement, traffic and media presence across all online channels
- Managing online's channels and social agencies to meet the approved objectives
- Weekly/ monthly/ yearly measuring and reporting on the performance of all online's channels and digital marketing campaigns
- Being the eyes and ears of N.H.O. in the community - share any feedback or relevant brand perception.
- Creating and executing Social Media & Influencer campaigns, utilizing relevant channels as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, and Tiktok to reach targeted audiences.
- Identifying trends and insights, and optimize/improve spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorming new and create growth strategies for online channels
- Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests

2. Content & images/videos/ MKT materials creation for online's channels
- Content & images direction for online's channels
- In charge of copywriting for online's channels
- Work with designer/vendors/freelancer for all the images of online's channels which follow the brand guidelines and approved direction

3. Support for new online projects

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent
- MUST HAVE at least 4 years of working experience in digital marketing
- Good English communication
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Real estate market knowledge is preferable
- Be a self-starter, with a deep passion for social media and visual storytelling, who is willing to take on any and all tasks associated with getting the job done.
- Ability to making Website with Wordpress and knowledge about hosting and domain.
- Ability write content
- Negotiation skill with supplier.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic.
