**Job description**:
**Katalon TrueTest**is an AI-powered test automation solution that automatically discovers, models, generates, and maintains user-journey test cases. By streamlining the test generation process, TrueTest enhances testing efficiency, reduces manual efforts, and ensures high product quality.

As a **Senior Software Engineer (Javascript, ReactJS)**, you will play a key role in developing, scaling, and optimizing our cutting-edge test automation platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, high-performance front-end solutions that seamlessly integrate with AI-driven testing capabilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions;
- Foster the design, development, testing, and incorporation of new features into our platform;
- Collaborate closely with design teams to contribute to and maintain our internal design system;
- Contribute to creating standardized development processes and practices;
- Implement best software development practices, including effective coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations;
- Share expertise and provide mentorship to junior team members;
- Collaborate constructively with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Must-have**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- In-depth software development experience and expertise in building microservices
- At least 5 years of experience focusing on JavaScript
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ReactJs framework
- Have experience working with Redux/Redux Toolkit
- Have experience working with Frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of Agile project management principles
- Experience with AWS Cloud technologies, cloud deployment, and CI/CD processes
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members effectively
- Good in English speaking, reading, and writing

**Nice-to-have**
- Experience with PostgreSQL; familiarity with big data technologies is a significant plus.
- Experience in developing micro-frontends or web browser extensions
- Experience with Katalon products
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright,...
