**Mô tả công việc**:

- Collect and confirm documents received from factories.
- Prepare and send out full set of docs as per each client's requirements including L/C.
- Check loading plan and issue commercial invoice.
- Work closely with other departments/factories to solve all related loading/booking/invoice issues.
- Maintain up-to-date data, upload docs into system, store hard docs in properly way.
- Check courier’s quotations as per request and solve problem occur until shipment is cleared at destination.
- Report document’s status and highlight any failures on time.
- Other job assigned by Supervisor/ Manager

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- University graduation in economics/ business administration or related field
- GOOD AT ENGLISH (WRITING is THE MUST)
- At least 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS LOGISTICS STAFF
- Very good of communication, problem solving & cooperation.
- Well organized and detailed person;
- Be a team player, careful and accurate
- Can work under high pressure;
- Be dependable and truthful
