1. Quản lý lịch trình sản xuất, ca làm của nhân viên và yêu cầu nghỉ ngơi trong ca làm mình phụ trách.
Manage shift schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests.
2. Sắp xếp nhiệm vụ cho nhân viên và giám sát quá trình.
Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress.
3. Đưa ra các chỉ dẫn và đánh giá phản hồi cho các nhân viên khi cần thiết.
Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed.
4. Đào tạo công nhân viên mới, giám sát và hướng dẫn họ cách sử dụng máy móc, thiết bị cũng như tuân thủ các quy trình, quy định của công ty.

Checking output quantity following production plans, solving or consulting effectivity-related and performance-related issues.
8. Lập và gửi báo cáo về hiệu suất và tiến độ.
Prepare and present effectiveness and progress reports.
9. Xác định các vấn đề về hiệu quả và đề xuất cải tiến để thay đổi, đáp ứng kịp thời nhu cầu sản xuất thực tế.
Identify performance issues and propose kaizen to change and adapt production needs on time.
10. Thực thi các hướng dẫn an toàn nghiêm ngặt và các tiêu chuẩn của công ty.
Strictly instruct and comply with company safety regulations and standards.

- Bằng đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật.

Technical university degree.

Prefer Mechanical engineering Major
Experience/kinh nghiệm:

- Trên 5 năm làm vị trí quản lý.

Over 5 years of management position.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về CNC ít nhất 3 năm.

Prefer at least 3 years of CNC experience.
Skills/kỹ năng:

- Có kỹ năng quản lý nhóm.

Group management skills.
- Kỹ năng sử dụng máy tính văn phòng.

Skills to use office computers.
- Sử dụng phần mềm CAD/CAM.

Using CAD / CAM software.
