Roles & Responsibilities
A Production Supervisor has an important role in ensuring the proper production activities, including the quality of the product.
a. Management of 5S & Safety
- Play as a highest responsible person in management, train and maintain the disciplinary of Safety activities in the area. Collaborate with the HSE team to improve the mindset of safety as well as perform the sanction of violation.

b. Management of Quality in the production
- Collaborate with the Quality team to understand the standard of quality, the requirement of customer, and training well to team about the quality demand.
- Take the highest responsibility of ensuring the quality of the product by following the quality standard, solving the problem and improving the quality daily.
- Build the procedures of production management; train to subordinate and factory's employees to ensure the good production activities, the quality of products.

c. Management of Service to internal & external customer
- Manage to follow the production plan to fulfill the production orders, the delivery request internally and externally to customers.
- Implement Lean Management to the production activities to improve the services to internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the service of incoming (materials, tools, machines).

d. Management of the Production Cost
- Manage the headcount in the team. Manage the people's performance, compliance with the production objective, productivity.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve the performance of the people; with HR to evaluate and select the right person to team.

e. Others
- Become good model to team, and lead team members to meet Arneplant's culture and values.
- Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned by the Production Manager.
- Report directly to Production Manager.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 5+ year in production experience; 3+ year in supervisor role or similar role in manufacturing site.
- Good communicate in English, can work well in English.
- Skills in team management, motivation, training the colleagues.
- Familiar with Lean, Kaizen, 5S implementation.
- Proper behavior, supporting mindset, cooperation with other people to meet the best result or target of company, hard-work, smart-work.
- Can do attitude, proactive to find the best solution to any issue.
- Result oriented, Quality oriented.
