Ability to effectively manage a team and recruit new hires when necessary.
- In-depth understanding of the company’s core products and services.
- Consulting, guidance and support team member to drive the business result.
- Customer care, product and company brand development in the market.
- Proactively build and manage relationships with Merchants and their key personnel to become a trusted partner for our clients
- Identifying and developing opportunities with existing Merchants
- Ensure KPI’s and targets are being met
- Manage the business side for development, enhancements or change requests with the Merchants and supporting the internal teams
- Understand user’s experience & merchant concern - working with Marketing & Product team to find out best solution for merchants/business model.
- Build and update customer records and report to Associate Manager periodically or when requested
- Report and advise the Board of Directors on market activities and competitors

**Yêu cầu**:

- More than 3 years experiences in Sale/Business Development or similar role in tech company
- Understanding of payment technology, e-wallet
- Passionate about sales, able to withstand sales pressure
- Know how to analyze the market, approach customers, consult and persuade customers.
- Actively manage tasks, including: KPI Planning, Marketing Planning and Following up with execution...
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others
- Agile, enthusiastic, able to withstand work pressure
- Degree: College graduate or higher.
