**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the sustainability services
- Maintain and expand a database of qualified leads and prospective clients
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales materials for prospective clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with important decision-makers
- Ensure the sales plan works efficiently, scalability, and alignment with business growth objectives
- Assist in developing FTK’s marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website)
- Support ESG reporting process by conducting research, collecting and reviewing data
- Support team in the development of FTK’s automated ESG reporting platform
- Provide cross-functional support in project coordination, documentation, scheduling

**Requirements**:

- Vietnamese nationality
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related fields.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, MS Office,...
- Excellent skills in English (fluent in both speaking and writing)
- Ability to handle various business tasks
- Strong research ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic, adapts to a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team

**Good to have**
- Business development experience with sustainability services
- Knowledge related to ESG reporting standards and frameworks (GRI, IFRS, SASB,.....)
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus

**Working hours**: 8:00 am - 17:30 pm (Monday - Friday, Saturdays every other week - 1 day wfh, 1 day on site)

Pay: 13,000,000₫ - 18,000,000₫ per month
