**Responsibilities**
**Partnership Management**:

- Nurture and develop excellent relationships with existing partners and expand business alliances by effectively following-up Business Plan.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing queries, managing expectations, and ensuring strong engagement.
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date database of partners, contracts, and partnership activities.
- Schedule and prepare materials for partnership meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of partnership operations.

**Job Qualifications**
**Business Development Support & Marketing Coordination**:

- Coordinate and manage marketing activities, such as co-marketing campaigns, conferences, joint-events, and promotions, ensuring timely execution & partnerships & branding goals are met.
- Facilitate clear communication & coordination between the company and its partners, stakeholders, to support pitching the opportunities, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Enable & arrange & keep track on partners’ technical trainings & certifications to enhance certified resources.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Languages or a related field
- Keen eye for detail, thoroughness and accuracy when assigned with tasks
- Organized, Self Starter, Open-minded and able to handle problems
- Communicative in both written and verbal; Fluent in English is a must, Japanese-speaking is a plus
- Good reporting and data visualization skills (Excel & PowerPoint) is a plus
- Good appearances & great sense on customer services are advantageous
- Proven experience in marketing, business development will be advantageous
