- Kiểm tra bộ hồ sơ chứng từ Thanh toán & tạo Purchase Order (PO) trên hệ thống HRIS
- Soạn thảo Đơn đặt hàng & tiến hành đặt hàng theo xác nhận của Người phụ trách Mua hàng
- Kiểm tra bộ hồ sơ chứng từ Mặt bằng: tính đầy đủ của chứng từ và thông tin trùng khớp giữa các chứng từ
- Kiểm tra bộ hồ sơ chứng từ Hợp đồng: tính đầy đủ và chính xác của chứng từ (biểu mẫu, có đủ mộc theo quy định), tính đầy đủ và trùng khớp của thông tin trong các chứng từ (Hợp đồng, Biên bản nghiệm thu, Thông tin Nhà cung cấp)
- Nhập liệu: sắp xếp chứng từ/ thông tin nhận được, nhập thông tin từ các bản cứng lên hệ thống/ file online
- Tài liệu: nhận thư, trình ký hồ sơ, nộp hồ sơ, scan & lưu trữ hồ sơ theo hướng dẫn
- Xử lý các nhiệm vụ được giao khác từ Team Lead
**Requirements**:
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc về Hồ sơ chứng từ Hợp đồng, Hồ sơ pháp lý Mặt bằng, công việc giấy tờ & hành chính
- Cẩn thận & chú trọng chi tiết
- Chủ động sắp xếp và theo dõi tiến độ công việc, chịu được áp lực công việc
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, thái độ tích cực và tinh thần đồng đội
- Quen thuộc/ sử dụng tốt các phần mềm (Excel, Word, v.v.)
