The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Identify and attract new sales opportunities and understand the needs of prospective and existing customers who are online business shops or specialized service providers that need to use logistic services
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships while growing their order volumes through SPX to meet sales targets
- Analyze customers’ needs, then work closely with related departments to improve service quality, bring positive experiences and satisfaction to customers
- Cooperate and synergize with other stakeholders to meet corporate objectives and ensure an active sales pipeline
- Acquire and develop account managers or business development executives into valuable sales professionals
- Train sales professionals and help improve their skills to hit targets set out by line manager
- Take full accountability for the efficiency and productivity of responsible team members
- Other duties as assigned by the line manager
- Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields, demonstrating a strong understanding of E-Logistics and Delivery Services.
- Proven 5-7 years of experience in logistics business development, with a track record of consistently delivering exceptional sales results
- Strong business acumen and network
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of the sales process and driving initiatives to successful outcomes
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong commitment to meeting and surpassing ambitious sales targets
- Proactive problem solver, capable of analyzing core issues, identifying innovative solutions, and implementing effective sales strategies
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure
