- **Công tác Sáng tạo & lên kế hoạch**
- Sáng tạo concept (big idea - ý tưởng lớn) cho các dự án truyền thông thương hiệu, sản phẩm, sự kiện
- Tham gia cùng nhóm thiết kế hoặc agency lên ý tưởng và định hướng sáng tạo cho các ấn phẩm truyền thông lớn như KV, poster.
- Sáng tạo và phát triển chủ đề/ đề tài (angle) truyền thông cho đa dạng định dạng truyền thông.
- Tạo sự khác biệt và ấn tượng của các vật phẩm quảng cáo tại điểm bán (POSM) để hỗ trợ các chiến dịch bán hàng.
- Tham gia góp phần vào quá trình hoạch định chiến lược tiếp thị - truyền thông tổng hợp cho thương hiệu, sản phẩm và các sự kiện nội bộ.
- **Công tác Theo dõi và thực thi kế hoạch truyền thông thương hiệu**
- Thực hiện và giám sát các hoạt động truyền thông thương hiệu trên các kênh truyền thông online & offline.
- Lên chiến lược phân bổ nội dung truyền thông đến đúng khách hàng mục tiêu.
- Nắm bắt xu hướng thị trường và thị hiếu/insight khách hàng tiềm năng và áp dụng hiệu quả vào kế hoạch và nội dung truyền thông.
- Thực hiện & giám sát chất lượng các sự kiện quảng bá thương hiệu nhằm thu hút khách hàng và tạo dấu ấn thương hiệu
- Phối hợp với Trade marketing để triển khai và đảm bảo chất lược các chương trình truyền thông thương hiệu tại kênh phân phối.
- **Công tác Xây dựng và thực thi các hoạt động truyền thông nội bộ**
- Xây dựng và triển khai các chiến dịch truyền thông nội bộ nhằm củng cố văn hóa doanh nghiệp.

- Có ngoại ngữ tiếng anh có thể giao tiếp hàng ngày
- **Kiến thức**:

- Hiểu biết về công ty (cơ cấu, sản phẩm, thị trường...)
- Hiểu biết về chuyên môn (marketing, truyền thông)
- **Kỹ năng**:

- Sáng tạo nội dung, Quản lý, Thuyết trình
- Giao tiếp thuyết phục, giải quyết vấn đề & ra quyết định
- Phân tích và tổng hợp, Làm việc nhóm
- Biết sử dụng các phần mềm như Canva, Capcut,
