**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Actively handle the full cycle of the recruitment process (Mass & Back Office): understand the business needs, analyze job orders, screen, interview, offer, and onboarding new hires;
Build up and develop a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands;
Support managers and employees on all aspects of employee-related issues, including manager/employee issues, policies & procedures, engagement, corporate communication, etc.
**Location**: Thợ Nhuộm, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội
**Working hour**: 9AM - 6PM (Mon - Fri)

3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in recruitment (track record in mass recruitment is a plus)
