- Prepare & send out claim reports/statistics (periodic/ ad-hoc).
- Mainly be responsible to enhance/develop Claim systems. Perform UAT for system enhancement/ new products.
- Handle claim settlement/claim payment from status claim decision to Accounting/CS process. Prepare reports accordingly. Handle problems regarding payment process.
- Prepare letters of claim feedback/claim payment/claim final decision including non-disclosure claim cases. Printing, sending out, following up, managing. reporting and storing these kinds of letters.
- Receive, track, manage, and store claim documents received for customers/CS.
- Key in claim information into claim systems (Backup).
