• Review, analysis and make decision on claim within own authority with Productivity/Efficiency in targets
(Thực hiện thẩm định hồ sơ bồi thường thông qua việc xem xét, đánh giá, và ra quyết định trong hạn mức cho phép với các chỉ tiêu về hiệu quả/năng suất làm việc trong mục tiêu làm việc hàng năm)
• Meet the quality benchmark in claim decision based on quality-score, error rate, and different decision percentage.
(Việc thẩm định hồ sơ yêu cầu bồi thường phải đảm bảo theo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, tỉ lệ sai sót ở mức tối thiểu (%) nhằm tăng lòng tin ở khách hàng và luôn tuân thủ tiêu chí chi trả đúng, đủ)
• Contribute to achieve team's KPI (TAT, pending ratio, error rate)
(Cùng với bộ phận: đóng góp vào việc xây dựng và hoàn thành chỉ tiêu, thành quả của phòng)
- To make decision on the claim cases are quickly and exactly
- Sign-off person and mentor role: Countersign for claim assessor, trainee claim assessor within own authority and on- the- job training new claim assesors and jet claim assessors
- Support to claim assessor manager build Operating Manual, Internal guideline to build the assessment process is more efficiency and perfect.
- Support and join the projects related claim transformation/claim automation/enhance claim system to build and adapt with claim stratergy to increased customer experience
- Support claim colleagues (investigators or administrators) in some certain situation (reading original medical record at the hospital, field assessment of disability, mentor for administrators…) and support underwriting section when increasing volume of NBUW (month-end, contest…)- if any
- Co-operate with claim investigator in claimant/customer interview in some certain situation and to build up internal guideline, and claim guide
- Others: to be assigned by the line manager or Company's management (if any)
