Ecommerce Key Account Planner

Main Purpose:
Ecommerce Vietnam is under exponential growth ambition for 2017-2020. In the early stage of new capability building, we need entrepreneurs to deliver both operational excellence and transformational values.
The Key Account planner develops and executes joint business plan with a group of customers within one Ecommerce model. He/she is responsible for the achievement of turn over target, the P&L of the categories and the engagement of Unilever cross-functions with such customer group.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Manage perfect stores online
- Manage Unilever online shops (preparation of product portfolio, maintenance product in-stock status, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to design Unilever Omni-channel assets
- Deliver Unilever strategic Perfect Store Online elements to customers & measure the effectiveness
2. Lead the development of 01 Ecommerce Model
- Design business strategy for Unilever on 01 Ecommerce Model - where to play and how to win
- Set up P&L Model & Business Plan with clarity of shopper, media and customer investment
- Integrate that model in Unilever ecosystem to enhance smooth operation
3. Grow Unilever categories on Ecommerce customers
- Champion a group of categories to deploy jobs to be done online & to deliver category target
- Co-create plan and negotiate with customers for brilliant execution
- Pick up shopper trends, triggers/barriers to define fast & appropriate actions for category growth
