We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who will oversee everything for the Vietnam Team and work with our client in Melbourne, Australia.

We offer Accounting, Business Consulting Services, and Cyber Security Shield from businesses, and SMSF, to professional domain experts.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who helps us manage, operate, and oversee the Vietnam team and support our clients as well.

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
- Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes
- Leading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organizational objectives
- Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management
- Establishing policies that improve and promote the company vision and culture
- Evaluating company performance and recommending strategies to improve results
- Collaborating with management to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies

Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday

You can work in the office in Hue, or you can work remotely in other cities
