Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As COO, you will lead business strategy and executive planning, working closely with our strategic partners, including Salesforce, Meta, SME Climate Hub, and Can Tho University. Your primary objective will be to support startups and SMBs in establishing and expanding their businesses, driving sales growth, brand expansion, and contributing to societal value and a greener future.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results, with a focus on simplicity and efficiency. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies and alignment of organizational functions with company goals. Key responsibilities include managing business plans, streamlining operations, optimizing budgets, and collaborating with leadership to drive growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and improve efficiency

  • Experience in Finance and Budgeting to manage resources effectively

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to adapt to dynamic business environments

  • Experience in manufacturing, consulting, or branding industries is a plus

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
