**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**:
**1. Technical Consultant & Realization of End Production**
- Consult & design technical solutions/strategies by synthesizing all brand, business, and user inputs to solve business problems and meet objectives
- Liaise with project teams; particularly business development, strategic planning, project management, and data analytics to ensure executions are feasible and deliver on the quality and business
- Guide the technical-creative and strategic direction of the end product ensuring superior products are delivered and maximum Client satisfaction is achieved
- Perform quality assurance of end product to ensure it is in accordance with digital creative concept
- Establish Client relationship

**2. Manage Digital Platforms & Assets (Always-on & Campaigns)**
- Handle the management and maintenance of online properties of digital campaigns & projects
- Confer with the project team to ensure all acquisition channels are accurately linked and tracked in a manner that is consistent
- Propose improvements and best practices for the optimization of the assets & platforms
- Coordinate with third-party vendors

**3. Lead and Manage Operations of Digital Production**
- Keep on top of trends in digital development and project management
- Propose and implement improvements on internal processes and other initiatives to raise the effectiveness and quality of digital production deliveries within the agency
- Expand the technical team, as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience in digital marketing and technology consultancy/production. At least 3 years experience in totality: with 3Y+ (FE Developer or BE Developer), 1Y+ (Project Lead or Tech Lead)
- Successful cases and passion for implementing marketing (CMS, CRM, e-Commerce, Analytics, and others) and advertising technologies
- Have at least 1 successful showcase for implementing marketing (CMS or CRM or e-Commerce or Analytics)
- Experienced in at least one mainstream programming language and its ecosystem
- Experienced in at least main cloud service platforms
- Strong project management and time management skills, flexibility to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and deadline-driven environment
- Formative experience in at least one mainstream programming language and its ecosystem
- Experience and good understanding of at least one of the main cloud service platforms
- Ability to work independently with passion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
