CRM & Loyalty, Consumer Experience, eCommerce

**What you’ll do**:

- Plan winning CRM & Loyalty, Consumer Experience and eCommerce initiatives to address Clients’ objectives and generate business impact
- Research and read multiple types of data from various sources to keep a top on Client’s business and source insights to inform planning and enhance performance
- Create presentations to align the solution or execution with the Client
- Work across departments and Publicis Groupe to bring expertise point of view into planning

**Qualifications**:

- University graduate with 1-2 years relevant experience in digital marketing
- Passion for rolling up your sleeves to bring ideas to life
- Curiosity to learn and explore more about our and Clients’ businesses
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity and comfort with data, digital marketing
- Proficient in presentation planning and development
