**1. Responsibilities**:

- Arrange and manage the teaching schedule of teachers.
- Coordinate substitute teachers when the regular teachers are absent.
- Handle and take responsibility for any issues arising from teachers.
- Ensure smooth communication and comprehensive updates of teacher information.
- Coordinate teachers according to the clients' class schedule.
- Proactively develop a pool of cover teachers.

**2. Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, working with foreign teachers.
- Proficient in all 4 English communication skills.
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Diligent, prepared to work under high pressure.
