- Thực thi chiến lược: Thu nợ trực tiếp, tìm kiếm, xác minh thông tin và đôn đốc khách hàng trả nợ đối với các khách hàng được phân công:
+ Tiếp nhận danh mục khách hàng, nghiên cứu hồ sơ khoản nợ để nắm thông tin khách hàng, khoản nợ và sắp xếp danh mục ưu tiên xử lý.
+ Thực hiện các cuộc Thu nợ trực tiếp (gọi và tới gặp Khách hàng) ghi nhận đầy đủ kết quả tác nghiệp lên hệ thống dữ liệu, đảm bảo đáp ứng KPI.
- Thực thi phương án giảm thiểu rủi ro của khách hàng phát sinh trong quá trình Thu nợ trực tiếp:
+ Tiếp nhận yêu cầu của khách hàng.
+ Đánh giá, phân tích thực trạng khách hàng và/hoặc tình trạng tác nghiệp.
+ Đề xuất về các phương án giảm thiểu rủi ro theo quy định.
+ Triển khai phương án giảm thiểu rủi ro sau phê duyệt theo phân công.
**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:
**Yêu cầu**:
- Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên.
- Giới tính: Ưu tiên Nam.
- Kinh nghiệm: ưu tiên tối thiểu 1 năm tại các đơn vị tổ chức tài chính hoặc ngân hàng về mảng thu hồi nợ
- Nếu không kinh nghiệm (sẽ được đào tạo): ưu tiên các bạn Nam có cá tính mạnh, chặm chỉ, không ngại va chạm, không ngại di chuyển, có mong muốn thu nhập tốt, có thể làm việc tập thể
- Có kỹ năng xử lý tình huống, có khả năng chịu được áp lực công việc.
**Quyền lợi**:
- Thu nhập: Từ 11tr - 40 tr đồng/tháng (bao gồm thưởng Incentive)
