**_Who we are_**

PAYAP.INC is a south-east E-commerce Platform committed to providing the highest level of Commerce Environment. We provide the online shopping store solution named LienMall which is an E-commerce Startup sponsored and headquartered by PAYAP INC. in South Korea.

LienMall solution includes a marketplace; if you make the online store, you will receive the personal link (store building), and if you upload any product on your online store, that product will expose to our marketplace.

The company started in 2021, and now we aim to scale up with you.

**_Key Responsibility_**
- Assist in building Southeast Asian E-commerce roadmap and implementing

go2market strategy and action plan to achieve the commercial target.
- Track and report E-commerce KPIs to boost performance and define improvement

actions focused on efficiency.
- Drive and optimise Performance Marketing (Paid Search and Paid Media/ Social) to

maximise online sales potential in collaboration with Sales & Product teams
- Monitor best practices of E-commerce/ Performance Marketing/ especially

leveraging the Vietnamese-specific digital ecosystem of Zalo & Google Analytics.
- Master front and back process customer flow and ensure smooth E-commerce

operations of On-site Merchandise & Contents Management, Order Management &
Fulfilment, Fraud Risk Review, etc, in close collaboration with multiple functional

stakeholders in APAC, headquarters offices.
- Supervise CRM and CS to build customer loyalty - hands-on urgent/ important CS

cases and build SOP for the future problem-solving procedure.
- Build a strong relationship with local Sellers, including Celebrities/ logistics/

performance marketing/ Sales partners, etc. in order to facilitate collaborative eCommerce

business acceleration.
- As part of the Asia E-commerce community, ad-hoc or project-based support required

for key regional-level e-commerce initiatives.

**_Qualification_**
- Senior specialist with 5+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in sales / A&P

owned role
- Good knowledge & experience in the Vietnamese digital landscape & E-commerce

ecosystem
- Strategic and creative thinking to capture e-business/ omnichannel opportunity
- Familiar with E-commerce operation system & KPI dashboards (GA/ Google Ads/ Zalo ads/

SEO/ etc.)
- Resilience and Agility
- English/Vietnamese is a must
