Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal matters. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, discretion, and attention to detail to manage the CEO’s day-to-day responsibilities, including business trips, family-related tasks, property management, and company events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personal & Family Support:
Manage visas, passport renewals, and international bookings for the CEO and family.
Coordinate family travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Oversee the maintenance, development, or renovation of the CEO’s primary residence.
Handle the purchase of personal items
2. Business & Client Coordination:
Plan, organize, and execute business trips for the CEO, including scheduling, accommodations, and logistics.
Arrange and oversee client visits, including travel planning, local transportation, and hospitality.
Organize and participate in company trips, events, and team-building activities.
Coordinate catering and dining arrangements for client visits.
3. Office & Operational Management:
Lead and enhance the office café experience, ensuring high-quality service, cleanliness, and organization.
Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office-related needs.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company and personal matters.
4. Admin Management as a Admin Manager
- Proven experience as aPersonal Assistant,Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking platforms.
- Experience in event planning and hospitality is a plus.
- Fluent in English is a plus
