**I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

IT Security Leader to design, implement, and oversee our organization's comprehensive information security strategies.

**MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Strategic Development: Architect, implement, and maintain a robust information security program aligned with business goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.)
- Risk Management: Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis to proactively identify potential threats, develop mitigation strategies, and prioritize security initiatives
- Incident Response: Create and oversee incident response plans; lead investigations and forensics for security breaches, ensuring timely remediation and communication.
- Security Architecture: Design and continuously enhance secure network architecture, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint protection, and data security solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure organizational compliance with relevant security standards and regulations; track emerging regulatory changes and their implications.
- Awareness and Training: Develop and implement security awareness programs for all employees; conduct regular training on best practices and emerging threat vectors.
- Prepare the regular or unexpected reports as requests from the manager

**II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?**
- **Education and Knowledge**

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
2. Relevant security certifications are highly desirable (CISSP, CISM, etc.)
3. In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, etc.), risk management methodologies, incident response, and disaster recovery practices.
4. Expertise with a wide range of security technologies, such as vulnerability scanners, encryption, identity and access management (IAM), and more.
5. Strong sense of quality and process improvements, best practice principles
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security leadership roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- **Skills and Abilities**

2. Have good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to self-study and continuously update new knowledge.
4. Enthusiatic, friendly, sociable
5. Problem-solving skill, well planning and presentation skill
