Main Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of highly technical operations security engineers.
- Pursue operational strategies to scale CyberSec operations.
- Build partnerships between CyberSec and other Company business units to protect Company assets, infrastructure and systems.
- Design solutions and strategies to enable sustainable solutions to sophisticated security problems.
- Execute on our security strategy with a scalable approach balancing building tools internally, use of open source and commercial solutions.
- Engagement with the Threat and Vulnerability team/3rd party vendor to remediate findings.
- Liaise with internal Compliance teams to ensure that appropriate solutions are in place to meet compliance requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentoring including technical and career development for team members
- Provide vision and strategy for the team’s people, processes, technology.
- Oversee the entire security digital security program.
- Communicate security needs to the rest of the organization.
- Budget and forecast for security spend.
- Manage the Technical Security Product Portfolio for delivery of the Security Strategy and core security services
- Assume a lead role in developing, implementing, and monitoring security strategies to achieve the organization’s long-term goals and objectives
- Oversee general day-to-day operations of the IT Security
- Work closely with Legal and the CTO to drive awareness of security related trends and key policies (GDPR and PII) to key stakeholders.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the information security field.
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure components: Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Unix-based systems, Windows systems, network infrastructure, and network security.
- Strong knowledge of various automated security control systems, encryption, message authentication, vulnerability assessment, intrusion detection, penetration testing, incident response, and manual control procedures.
- Strong knowledge, experience, or understanding of security policies, control frameworks, and risk assessment tools.
- Carefulness, good communication skills, good negotiations skill, also the ability to work independently.
- High responsibility, enthusiasm, discipline, and supportive mindset. Have integrity on the job and the concept of zero trust in the mindset.
