**The Position**

We are looking for a Software Engineer who will focus on extending and maintaining a unique, exciting secure network access solution. The Software Engineer works across software and hardware, you will oversee the development of solutions to be used on-premises and in Cloud.

**What You Will be Doing**
- Design, implement, and test OPSWAT MetaDefender products built on C++ and C# (.NET Core) for both Windows and Linux environments.
- Build and develop an automation test framework using Python to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Interact with data, including files, documents, images, etc., at both binary and structural levels.
- Enrich features for existing software modules (back-end engines) which process millions of files daily, ensuring high performance and scalability.

**What We Need from You**
- Experience C/C+, C#, Objective-c
- Experience using, creating, and maintaining REST APIs
- Experience developing on multiple platforms (e.g.: Linux, Windows, mobile)
- Software Design experience
- Experience with agile development, rapid release cycles, and implementing customer-oriented solutions.
- Experience with Git, BitBucket, Jira, Confluence, TeamCity (or the equivalent

**It Would be Nice if You Had**
- Reasonable understanding of OWASP Top 10, common vulnerabilities and exploitations.
- Pre-intermediate / intermediate English Level.
