B2c Sales Team Leader

**Report to**:[B2C Sales Manager and Head of B2C GTM, Asia]
**The role**:
A Team Leader oversees team members and motivates them to complete their job duties effectively to meet business goals.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Training new employees and re-training employees to enhance their skills and knowledge by monitoring team members’ participation to ensure everyone has proper training and provide any additional training if needed
- Providing team members with daily objectives, and development
- Develop a strategy that the team members can use to reach a project’s goal better.
- Assign tasks to team members.
- Determine the completion timeline and monitor progress to keep the project on track and on schedule.
- Communicate clear instructions to team members.
- Helping sales staff negotiate and close deals
- Create and distribute reports to update the company on the team’s progress.
- Implementing reward systems to motivate employee productivity.
- Communicating with upper management and other departments to determine the best methods for meeting business goals.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Thailand language and working English - Vietnamese skills.
- Having an associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Economy. Marketing is a bonus, but it’s not required.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position, monitor team size: 5-10 team members.
- Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and sales staff

- Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment
- Ability to train others effectively
- Product knowledge
- Customer service skills, including how to handle upset customers
- Handle high pressure at work.
