Academy Team Leader

**THE ROLE**:
As an Academy Team Leader, you will oversee the management, development, and delivery of training programs for image processing (including related content like video). Your role ensures the training team’s performance, skill enhancement, and contribution to the company’s operational excellence.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Regular Professional Duties
- Training Platforms:

- Manage and improve online/offline training platforms.
- Supervise and optimize the Academy Online System (AOS).
- Continuously improve AOS & other training tools/platforms
- Training Content:

- Oversee the creation, archiving, and security of training materials.
- Continuously improve training content efficiency.
- Training Capacity & Quality Control:

- Plan and manage AOS & other training platform capacity
- Monitor and enhance quality control processes.

2. Manage, develop & lead team
- Plan & develop team performance & competency
- Create, assign & manage tasks
- Supervise & assess performance of team members
- Empower & motivate members to improve team performance

3. Training Capacity & Quality Control:

- Plan and manage AOS & other training platform capacity
- Monitor and enhance quality control processes.

4. Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze training data and generate insightful reports.
- Identify trends and implement improvements.

5. Policies & Procedures
- Build and revise training regulations, team processes, and cross-team workflows.

6. Other Duties
- Guide and support new team members as assigned.
- Handle other responsibilities as required.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Training, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience managing training teams specializing in Photoshop
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and results.
- Creative, flexible, and able to inspire a team.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and Presentation.
- English proficiency: IELTS 5.0+ or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for workshops and written content.
