Click here to learn more about how **we can make an impact together** For a sneak peek into life at allnex, don’t miss our **Operator Movie** **Position overview**: Are you passionate about combining technical expertise with customer-facing business development? allnex invites you to join us as a **Technical Service & Business Development Representative **for our **Composites business in Biên Hòa, Vietnam.** In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers, offering solutions, performing hands-on lab work, and introducing new products that make a real difference. You’ll partner closely with our sales team, ensuring seamless support and driving growth in your territory. From product presentations to on-the-ground technical adjustments, you’ll play a key role in making sure our customers get the best. Plus, you’ll collaborate across teams and regions, helping to fuel our next big developments. If you love problem-solving, working with innovative products, and enjoy customer interactions, this role is for you **Responsibilities**: - Engage with customers through regular visits and ongoing communication to strengthen relationships. - Collaborate with the sales team to drive and support new business development efforts. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers, providing timely solutions. - Offer technical assistance for new product launches and product development initiatives. - Provide expert guidance to Technical and Production teams as needed to ensure smooth operations. - Prepare detailed technical reports for customers addressing complaints or technical concerns. - Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by your manager to support team objectives. - Compile and submit monthly reports detailing project progress and key activities. **Required skills and experience**: - Familiarity with FRP composite materials is essential. - Hands-on experience working with UPR/VE or gelcoats is highly preferred. - In-depth knowledge of UPR chemistry. - Proficiency in both spoken and written English. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strong research abilities with a solid understanding of research methodologies. - Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. - Strong customer focus with experience in external customer engagement. - Proven troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry or equivalent. **We offer**: - We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
