Product Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our web and mobile platforms, creating exceptional user experiences, and developing innovative design solutions that drive engagement and adoption.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the design of web and mobile platforms for DeFi and Web3 products
- Collaborate with teams across different departments to prioritize product features.
- If possible, conduct research and usability testing to make informed design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design solutions effectively.
- Simplify requirements, develop concepts, and translate them into user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes with cutting-edge interactions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design and technology.
- Help shape the design culture of a growing team through writing, external communication, and new processes.
- Work with the design team to improve design processes, principles, and tooling.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 4 years of experience in product design for web and mobile platforms
- A robust portfolio demonstrating the ability to tackle complex design challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional team environments
- Proficiency in visual design, including knowledge of design principles and aesthetics
- Capable of handling every aspect of the design process, including research, wire-framing, low and high fidelity design, and prototyping
- Experience in establishing and scaling component libraries or design systems
- Proficient in Figma and other design tools
- A passion for web3 and and Blockchain tech
