Terao operates on the whole building life cycle, from design (green building specifications, energy efficiency design and calculation, etc.) to operation and maintenance (energy audits, certifications in operation,).

- Energy Audits level 1/2/3
- Commissioning missions
- Energy management (ISO 50 001, IPMVP, energy monitoring, etc.)
- Building Simulations (Energy/Thermal Modeling, Daylight Simulations, CFD, etc.)
- Sustainable Design Solutions for new constructions and renovations
- Low-carbon design (Carbon Footprint Study, LCA, sustainable materials)
- Environmental Certification Management for new construction and existing buildings (LEED, Greenmark, BREEAM, WELL, etc.)

**Description du poste**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Tool Development**:

- Design and develop data visualization tools using Power BI to provide actionable insights into energy consumption patterns.
- Create Excel-based models and dashboards to track energy usage and efficiency metrics.
- ** Data Analysis**:

- Collect, process, and analyze energy consumption data from various sources to identify trends and anomalies.
- Use statistical methods to uncover potential energy-saving opportunities.
- ** Reporting**:

- Generate comprehensive reports to support the engineering team in reporting their studies outcomes to customers.
- Develop clear and concise presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Energy Efficiency Business Unit Manager and other team members to ensure tools meet business needs.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in energy management and data analytics.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Profil recherché**:
**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with experience in creating complex dashboards and models.
- Basic understanding of energy management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
